Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
- Lead and develop retail team through training, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Implement visual merchandising plans to maximize product appeal and sales conversion
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to achieve targets
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment and quality assurance
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare operational reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality sector
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems and retail POS software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of coffee products or F&B industry is advantageous
