Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations at the AY URSAL Arcade branch to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly branch targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, monitoring, and regular auditing.
- Deliver top-tier customer service and provide effective resolutions for any customer complaints or escalations.
- Ensure the store adheres to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in retail supervision or store management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in local dialects and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage operational budgets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
