As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the integrity of our financial processes. This includes ensuring the completeness and accuracy of Cash Sales, as well as the timeliness and precision of Sales Reports. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between the sales floor and the back office, maintaining high standards of accuracy while leading a diverse team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Financial Oversight: Manage the daily cash register operations, ensuring all Cash Sales are accounted for, balanced, and deposited on time.
- Reporting Accuracy: Prepare and submit Sales Reports with 100% accuracy and timeliness to meet company financial standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer inquiries.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Compliance: Enforce safety standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and loss prevention protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and POS (Point of Sale) systems; excellent mathematical skills for cash handling.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a sales team.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Integrity: Strong ethical standards regarding cash handling and data accuracy.
