Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure strict adherence to SOPs across all departments
- Manage staff scheduling, shift allocation, and performance evaluations
- Develop staff skills through targeted training programs and coaching sessions
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional service standards
- Coordinate inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Conduct regular team briefings and maintain open communication channels
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety compliance, and optimal presentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or consumer goods sector
- Proven track record in team management and sales target achievement
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic inventory software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
