We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join the team at Bali Rudiment Music Course & Performing Arts. As the face of our brand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team of staff, manage daily store operations, and actively drive sales targets to support the growth of our music education and performing arts business.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment for clients, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and ensuring the store is well-organized. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Create and submit accurate daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with management to implement marketing strategies and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Excellent communication skills (Indonesian and English preferred) and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry.
- Valid Indonesian ID card (KTP) and a clean criminal record.
- Passion for the music industry or performing arts is a strong advantage.
