Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute store promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement
- Monitor and achieve store performance targets including sales, conversion rates, and KPIs
- Supervise and motivate store staff through effective scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure optimal inventory levels through stock control, ordering, and loss prevention
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service standards
- Implement company policies and operational procedures consistently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory or team leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in retail environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team management
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
