Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve monthly performance goals.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for all customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Perform cash handling duties, including opening/closing registers and daily banking.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Passion for coffee and a genuine desire to serve customers.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Valid government ID.
