Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, visual merchandising, and promotional execution
- Manage inventory control including stock replenishment, loss prevention, and cycle counting
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and brand compliance
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build client relationships
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail management experience in apparel/consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership
- Strong inventory management and visual merchandising skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma; retail management certification preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency a plus
