Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling and workflow management
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Implement visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail supervision or management (2+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems, and POS software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Surigao del Norte
