Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead and motivate retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated service issues
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and reporting
