Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with logistics, and minimize shrinkage or losses.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer complaints efficiently.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional management on promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or sales supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
