- Oversee daily store operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and optimal customer experience
- Lead and develop store staff through training, coaching, and performance management
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocktaking, and loss prevention
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining service standards
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to create an attractive shopping environment
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or customer service
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively
- Problem-solving skills with customer-focused approach
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
