Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and manage waste reduction
- Implement visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation
- Enforce cash handling procedures, store security protocols, and compliance with company policies
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Train staff on product knowledge, operational procedures, and safety standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and product quality
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years retail or supervisory experience, preferably in convenience stores
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
