Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations and manage staff schedules efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
- Handle cash transactions and daily sales reconciliation accurately.
- Maintain the store's appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
