Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the FamilyMart store to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and manage product ordering to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Handle cash management, including balancing the till, processing transactions, and preparing daily reports accurately.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and compliant with hygiene standards at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to promote products effectively and enhance the shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
