- Oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the store team to ensure optimal performance and a positive work environment.
- Manage cash handling, register operations, and daily financial reporting accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail management or as a store supervisor is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required.
