Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and loss prevention measures
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and operational procedures
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and brand presentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with 1 year in supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of inventory control and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Customer service oriented with problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification preferred
