Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the FamilyMart store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with management for replenishment orders.
- Ensure the store meets all visual merchandising standards and cleanliness requirements.
- Handle cash transactions, manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, and prepare daily cash reports.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and time management.
