Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Supervise and train retail staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers
- Implement and maintain store policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash management, including daily reconciliation and petty cash management
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
