FamilyMart is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our KIP Mall Desa Coalfield branch in Sungai Buloh. As a pivotal member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, and leading a team of dedicated staff members. In this role, you will act as the face of the store, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and efficient. You will manage inventory levels, handle cash reconciliation with precision, and ensure the store meets all operational and visual merchandising standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders for replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Perform daily cash handling, reconciliation, and end-of-day closing procedures accurately.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM qualification with at least 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
- Valid SSM registration or work permit if applicable.
