Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure accurate replenishment.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and adheres to visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately.
- Train, coach, and motivate store associates to enhance team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; SSM registration is preferred.
