Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for store management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in retail supervision or management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
