Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the FamilyMart store, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of staff members to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished efficiently to minimize shrinkage.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Manage cash handling, including balancing the cash register and petty cash accounts.
  • Ensure the store meets cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards at all times.
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
  • Basic computer literacy, specifically proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
