Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the FamilyMart store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of staff members to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished efficiently to minimize shrinkage.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Manage cash handling, including balancing the cash register and petty cash accounts.
- Ensure the store meets cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards at all times.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
