- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, and safety protocols
- Ensure optimal store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness according to brand guidelines
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail management or supervisory experience

- Basic financial literacy for cash handling and sales reporting
