Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the FamilyMart store, ensuring all processes run efficiently and in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales assistants to ensure high morale and excellent performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and conduct regular stock counts to prevent shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- Handle cash management duties accurately, including cash-ups, banking procedures, and resolving cash discrepancies.
- Maintain the highest standards of store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Analyze daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory role or as a sales assistant is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
- Basic computer literacy and strong numerical skills for inventory and cash handling.
