As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store while maintaining FamilyMart's high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, implementing effective sales strategies, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the outlet.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure proper product display and merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Manage cash handling, reporting, and reconciliation processes in accordance with financial controls
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in retail, convenience store, or customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma in business management or related field is advantageous
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit for Malaysia
