Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve performance goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and ensure product availability.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Handle cash management, POS operations, and daily financial reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess own transportation.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
