Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and supplier coordination
- Implement visual merchandising plans to enhance customer experience
- Monitor sales performance and execute promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and company policies
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain positive store ambiance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years retail supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and cash handling
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
