Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a high standard of service.
- Prepare daily reports, manage cash handling procedures, and reconcile financial records accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
