Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations including staff scheduling, task delegation, and workflow optimization
- Lead and develop store team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure efficient replenishment processes
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maintain attractive store presentation
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high service quality
- Analyze sales data and implement promotional strategies to achieve targets
- Enforce safety, security, and hygiene protocols across all store operations
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and manage store documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with 2+ years retail supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Basic financial literacy for sales tracking and budget monitoring
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Familiarity with retail loss prevention techniques
