Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated customer issues
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety compliance, and visual merchandising standards
- Prepare daily reports and manage administrative tasks efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Retail Management or related field preferred
- 2+ years retail experience with 1 year in supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic financial literacy and analytical skills for sales reporting
