Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, manage the cash float, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, and well-merchandised at all times to meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular staff shifts and roster planning to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
