- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer engagement
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct audits

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory or team leadership experience
