- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols

- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store presentation standards

- Manage store opening/closing procedures and daily operational workflows
Kualifikasi
- Proven retail supervisory experience with 2+ years in premium retail environments
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Expertise in inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analytics
- Exceptional customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
