Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop store staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Drive store performance to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including replenishment, stock tracking, and loss prevention protocols.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the store aesthetic aligns with brand standards.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and POS (Point of Sale) operations.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
