- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with company policies
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Drive sales achievement through strategic merchandising, promotions, and exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory control processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure store presentation meets brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience with proven team leadership record
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and loss prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to resolve issues while maintaining brand standards
- Proficiency in retail management systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
