Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staffing, and compliance with company policies
- Lead, train, and motivate retail associates to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create compelling brand experiences
- Drive sales initiatives through product knowledge demonstrations and upselling techniques
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Monitor store performance through KPI analysis and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely product replenishment and stock rotation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience in premium retail environments
- Proven track record in team leadership and sales performance management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to resolve customer concerns
- Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale operations
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory control methods
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
