Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and customer appeal
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and addressing concerns promptly
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or luxury goods sector
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales KPIs and team performance targets
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team development skills
- Expert knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems, and visual merchandising
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
