Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed.
- Lead, motivate, and train store staff to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement strategies for growth.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store according to brand guidelines and merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional management to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and loss prevention.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
