As our Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, managing inventory accuracy, and upholding the high standards that define our exclusive brand portfolio. We are looking for someone who isn't just managing tasks, but leading people to reach their full potential while maximizing store profitability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and minimize shrinkage.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with the head office regarding promotional activities, supply chain, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, foot traffic, and operational challenges.
- Ensure all team members comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Store Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and POS systems.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and inventory management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
