Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing according to brand standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and meet KPIs
- Hire, train, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee stock inventory, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stocktakes
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and visual merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
