Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve monthly sales targets through coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints
- Implement loss prevention protocols and maintain store security protocols
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Monitor store performance metrics and report key insights to senior management
- Coordinate with vendors for stock replenishment and promotional displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience in premium/consumer brands
- Proven track record in sales team leadership and KPI achievement
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation standards
