Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead, coach, and motivate retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards through staff training and monitoring
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving store performance
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
