Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and develop retail team through coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Drive sales growth through targeted promotions, upselling techniques, and customer engagement
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and maintaining satisfaction standards
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment and product launches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record in team leadership and sales performance
- Strong knowledge of furniture retail operations and customer service standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems
