Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily store operations, ensuring seamless functionality and excellent standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve sales KPIs and deliver world-class customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally to ensure brand loyalty.
- Prepare sales reports and manage store administrative documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible work schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
