Sun Battledore is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the iconic Greenhills Shopping Center. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations, ensuring that every customer receives a top-tier shopping experience while maintaining our high standards for inventory accuracy and visual merchandising.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, possesses strong communication skills, and understands the balance between driving sales targets and providing exemplary customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, leading by example, and ensuring our branch remains a destination of choice for our clientele.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations within the Greenhills branch to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead and mentor team members, including sales associates and cashiers, to achieve store KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end cashiering processes, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records to minimize shrinkage.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock replenishment and supply chain management.
- Implement and maintain store visual merchandising standards to enhance product appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally to ensure brand loyalty.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior retail role.
- Strong background in retail management, specifically in inventory control and cashiering.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a diverse team.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on mall hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to San Juan City, Metro Manila.
