Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise, train, and mentor floor staff to ensure peak performance and excellent customer service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and oversee regular stock-taking exercises to minimize shrinkage.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal and drive sales conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate with regional management regarding sales reports, promotional activities, and budget targets.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and strictly adheres to health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of solid working experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail, hypermarket, or supermarket environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for operational detail.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and local dialects.
