- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.
- Ensure products meet quality and presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Prepare reports and assist with scheduling and payroll.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or food & beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (POS system, Microsoft Office).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of bakery operations is an advantage.
