Join Electronic City Indonesia as a Store Supervisor and lead our dynamic retail operations in Jakarta Timur. This pivotal role requires you to oversee daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance. You'll implement company SOPs to maintain operational excellence, manage inventory systems, and optimize store layout for maximum efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Enforce company SOPs for inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Train and supervise retail staff to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Handle customer escalations and ensure positive resolution experiences
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment and inventory accuracy
- Conduct regular store audits and compliance checks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of consumer electronics retail best practices
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
