Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Supervise and develop retail staff through coaching and performance management
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for strategic improvements
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience in fashion/sports retail
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
